Requirements include 15+ years of agency account experience with a proven track record of growing clients and owning relationships at the senior/C-suite level. Leader of cross-functional teams. Must be effective operator as well as strategic thought leader, and a great presenter.

Director of CRM Strategy

Position Overview:

Deep subject matter expert in writing and delivering effective CRM & direct marketing strategy. Must have at least 15+ years of strategy experience and engineered successful client case studies that demonstrate clearly quantifiable increases in ROI and decreases in COA. Focus on ability to develop testing plans and analyze results and data. Must have roots in traditional direct marketing with digital experience a major plus. Works across major clients. This role will also be involved in new business.
