Account Executive
Title: Account Executive
Reports to: Account Supervisor
Position Overview
The Account Executive supports the day-to-day execution of client marketing programs across multiple channels, including direct mail and digital. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining accuracy and momentum.
The AE plays a key role in keeping projects on track, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards. Successful candidates are adaptable, responsive, and take ownership quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management

Support program execution across integrated marketing campaigns including direct mail, digital, and lifecycle channels

Manage timelines and workflows to ensure projects move forward on schedule across multiple initiatives

Review and proof creative and production materials for accuracy, version control, and completeness

Maintain project documentation and schedules including status reports, timelines, and job histories

Assist with testing and circulation planning including campaign launches and circulation matrices for large-scale programs

Track project progress and flag risks early to keep teams aligned and projects on track
Client & Team Communication

Serve as a responsive day-to-day contact for project-related client communication

Communicate timelines, updates, and deliverables clearly with internal teams and clients

Document feedback and manage revisions to ensure updates are implemented accurately and efficiently

Prepare meeting materials and status updates including conference reports and internal summaries
Financial & Operational Support

Assist with job setup and estimates for new and ongoing projects

Track project budgets and agency hours to help ensure work stays aligned with scope

Support statement of work development and documentation within agency systems

Help ensure projects are properly invoiced and recorded with accurate project records
Qualifications

0–5 years of agency, marketing, or project management experience

Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools

Background in digital marketing with some exposure to direct mail programs and production workflows
-
Basic understanding of omnichannel marketing including lifecycle, email, and addressable digital (CTV, display, social)

Interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline research, workflows, and production
-
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership quickly
-
Ability to work remotely in an organized and accountable manner

The expected base compensation range for this position is: $67K - $85K
