We’re looking for a seasoned Account Supervisor to lead day-to-day client execution, relationship development, and financial oversight across key accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings both strategic thinking and executional rigor.

 

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • 5–10 years of agency account management experience, ideally in performance or integrated marketing

  • Proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships

  • Writes strong creative briefs and effectively guides creative, media, and production teams through execution

  • Strong strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset

  • Experienced in marketing strategy development, including positioning, targeting, and multi-channel planning

  • Direct marketing program management experience is a major plus

  • Comfortable working with data and analytics

  • Hands-on experience across digital channels including Google, social, CTV, and programmatic

  • Experience in or enthusiasm for the financial services and energy sectors

  • Confident presenter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Flexible, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-moving, team-first environment

  • Must be able to work remotely—whether from home or while traveling—in a focused, efficient, and professional manner

Account Supervisor

  • Detail oriented & organized. This role will work across multiple campaigns so organization is a must, as well as understanding the nuances of each campaign

  • Motivated to work with exciting clients and learn the process of executing campaigns and learning/understanding new campaign software and technology

  • Willingness to learn various campaign platforms and ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly

  • Conduct QA of the campaign to ensure that all details are set up per the campaign guidelines

  • Understanding of client’s brand guidelines

  • Reviewing and proofing all creative and production materials for accuracy

  • Test & review client creative
