Account Supervisor
We’re looking for a seasoned Account Supervisor to lead day-to-day client execution, relationship development, and financial oversight across key accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings both strategic thinking and executional rigor.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:

5–10 years of agency account management experience, ideally in performance or integrated marketing

Proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships

Writes strong creative briefs and effectively guides creative, media, and production teams through execution
-
Strong strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
-
Experienced in marketing strategy development, including positioning, targeting, and multi-channel planning
-
Direct marketing program management experience is a major plus
-
Comfortable working with data and analytics

Hands-on experience across digital channels including Google, social, CTV, and programmatic
-
Experience in or enthusiasm for the financial services and energy sectors
-
Confident presenter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-
Flexible, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-moving, team-first environment

Must be able to work remotely—whether from home or while
traveling—in a focused, efficient, and professional manner
Job Description:
Project Management

Acts as the day-to-day liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution

Oversees flawless delivery of client work by:

Reviewing and proofing creative and production materials for accuracy

Managing timelines to keep projects on schedule

Evaluating work to ensure alignment with strategy and
creative brief

Manages multiple projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring they are on strategy, on time, and on budget

Partners with senior leadership to support strategic planning and identify marketing opportunities
-
Identifies ways to grow the client relationship and makes recommendations to senior leadership accordingly
-
Maintains deep understanding of the client’s business, industry, and products—and shares relevant insights with internal teams

May supervise an Account Executive or individually manage responsibilities such as:

Writing and distributing conference reports, status updates, and follow-up correspondence

Preparing internal and client-facing materials for meetings
-
Building and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and estimates

Organizing project documentation and job histories
Relationship Management

Serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication
-
Provides strategic and creative input, offering proactive solutions and recommendations

Responds to client inquiries promptly and professionally

Ensures internal teams are informed of scope or timeline changes as they arise
-
Builds a strong understanding of the client’s products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Financial Management

Accountable for forecasting and achieving client revenue targets

May supervise an Account Executive or handle directly:

Job opening, budget tracking, and invoice oversight
-
Drafting statements of work and maintaining accurate inputs in internal systems
-
Monitoring budgets and internal hours, raising any issues promptly to the appropriate teams
