Account Supervisor
Position Overview

Responsible for the day-to-day execution, relationship and financial management of all clients they are assigned to

MUST have experience in direct mail with digital experience being a plus
-
Leads and organizes internal departments to deliver programs on time and budget while serving as our main day-to-day interface to clients
-
Work from home – headquarters are in CA
-
Includes some travel (at least once a quarter)
-
Reports to Account Director
-
Remote with requirements to collaborate with other team members and/or clients on a monthly or quarterly basis
-
For in person collaboration, ideal candidates will reside in preferred locations: IL or TX
Job Requirements

5-10 years agency account management experience
-
Builds long-term client relationships
-
Writes creative briefs and guides the creative and production team in program execution
-
Excellent presentation skills
-
Proven track record at building and growing client relationships
-
Strong strategic thinker and effective problem-solver
-
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy (e.g., positioning, targeting, channels)
-
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-
Organized and detail-oriented, requires little hand holding
-
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple team members
-
Maintains positive, team-oriented attitude
-
Must be willing to travel extensively

Must work remotely, either from home or while traveling, in an effective and efficient manner
Job Description
Project Management:
-
Functions as daily liaison to clients on behalf of agency to manage daily execution of programs
-
Ensures flawless execution of client deliverables by:
-
Reviewing and proofing all creative and production materials for accuracy
-
Ensuring all projects stay on schedule
-
Evaluating all materials to be sure projects stay on strategy per the creative brief
-
Advises on and implements marketing efforts for the client and is responsible for managing multiple projects effectively and flawlessly from start to finish
-
Assists Senior Management in providing strategic marketing direction to the client
-
Makes recommendations to Senior Management for expanding the scope of the client relationship based on opportunities observed
-
Becomes knowledgeable and remains current on the client’s business and products and shares this information with agency team members

Supervises Account Executive or may be directly responsible for:
-
Writing and distribute conference reports, status reports and other required correspondence
-
Preparing and distribute all support materials required for internal and client meetings
-
Proactively creating and maintain schedules and estimates
-
Setting up and maintaining project folders and job history
-
Relationship Management:
-
Serves as the agency’s lead relationship manager to clients on a day-to-day basis
-
Provides strategic, creative, and innovative ideas and solutions
-
Communicates and responds to client in very timely and professional manner
-
Communicates all project scope and schedule changes to internal team in very timely and professional manner
-
Proactively seeks to understand the client’s products, industry and competition
Financial Management:
-
Responsible for forecasting and meeting client revenue goals
-
Supervises Account Executive or may be directly responsible for:
-
Managing all aspects of job and client level accounting including opening of jobs, ongoing maintenance of costs and budget, and ensuring proper invoicing and payment by client

Facilitating creation of statement of works and inputting of any and all required data in the Pragmatic account system

Monitoring all costs and agency hours and notifies all parties of any issues in a timely manner
