Account and business leader for assigned accounts

Will help set the vision and direction for Pragmatic’s future growth and value proposition in the market

Remote with requirements to collaborate with other team members and/or clients on a monthly or quarterly basis

For in person collaboration, ideal candidates will reside in preferred locations: IL or TX

Job Requirements​
​
-
At least 15 years agency account experience in digital & direct marketing strategy development and management
-
Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of client relationships
-
Deep knowledge of digital & direct marketing (CRM) strategy and execution
-
Must be able to develop, write, and present strategic plans for executive-level clients
-
Ability to lead team of direct reports and account managers while also leading cross-functional team – creative, analytics, development, production, etc.
-
Experience managing P&L, forecasting, and pipeline management related to assigned accounts
-
Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing program leadership a plus
Job Description​

Client Management:
-
Builds and manages relationships throughout client organizations from director level to C-suite
-
Single "throat-to-choke" responsibility for executing flawlessly and delivering strategic value to client
-
Keeper of high-level vision for accounts, to ensure client satisfaction and healthy relationship as well as agency profitability

Becomes a SME for each client's business model, industry, and competition

Growth & Business Development
-
Responsible for setting revenue and margin goals for each assigned account and delivering on them
-
Drives organic growth as well as contributes to and/or leads new business initiatives
Financial & Resource Management:
-
Deploys the efficient use of agency resources while delivering maximum value to clients
-
Oversees and can delegate the financial process, i.e. creation of statements of work, forecasting, hours tracking, etc., but is ultimately responsible for it

Monitors all costs and agency resources to maximize both topline revenue and margin
Team Leadership:
-
Manages a team of direct reports and will be involved in the recruitment and hiring of new team members
-
Leads a cross-functional team, driving towards client and agency goals
-
Operates in an agile environment, managing matrixed teams in a "scrum"-like fashion
